About Thomas J. Quatroche, Ph.D.
Dr. Thomas J. Quatroche, Ph.D. co-founded the Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration Program (HESAA) in 1970, and served for several years as the HESAA Department Chairperson. He embodied a professional practice and philosophy that was “student-centered”. At Buffalo State for 35 years, he held positions as professor, dean of graduate studies, chairman of educational foundations, vice president of student affairs, and provost and vice president of academic affairs.

- An explanation of how your experience in higher education and student affairs thus far exemplifies your philosophy
- How you would use the scholarship

Award
Two $1,000 scholarships are available to deserving Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration students to be used towards funding a national Higher Education and Student Affairs conference and/or Professional Development events.
Criteria
Students must:
- Be working towards a master’s degree in the Higher Education Administration Department
- Have completed at least 18 credit hours towards the master’s degree
- Be in good academic standing
