This endowed academic scholarship is named in honor of Robert A. “Bobby” Davis. Bobby was drafted, to serve his country and preserve freedom around the world, right after graduating from high school in 1960. He died a decorated American Hero, with valor, in the infamous battle of Ia Drang; a battle that changed the Vietnam War.

This academic scholarship is designed to offset educational expenses related to attendance at a national, regional or international conference of higher education. It could also be used for Professional Development opportunities related to the profession.
